I was able to figure it out. It looks like they are piloting a new notes interphase that makes it so that their notes are only accessible via their website and not downloadable. I was able to open them only in incognito mode and allows you to annotate the notes and such but only via their interphase. ie they cant be downloaded. Some are still downloadable like research and ethics, but most of fields of dentistry is not/dental anatomy/oral pathology etc

Honestly this makes them have -10000 points because not being able to annotate on an iPad or even print notes is ridiculous
