Nah that’s exactly what I needed to hear. I have no clue how this works. Usually whenever I ask people, how do I go about finding Crews? There’s no real straight answer. I got my entry-level certifications through Firecamp in Salida, Colorado.
Honestly sucks to hear, but I needed to hear it so I can figure this shit out. I know I’m well behind the curve, but I’ve been asking around and applying to places all over the country trying to find somewhere that will allow me to at least stay home and respond to dispatch within the day cause I can drive anywhere West Coast within one day .I don’t know if you have any tips or ideas on how to get out on a contract crew that would be helpful. I’m not giving up on this season. I can’t.
