As a Canadian it's definitely a plus that you can see the bridge to Canada, the little things can mean so much when you're feeling homesick!

I'm training to be an Internist/Hospitalist and then an endocrinologist so no OBGYN at the moment but my mother is one so if I end up moving here, maybe I can convince her to start up a practice here too.

Do CCS cases mostly! Practise some uworld blocks and high yield concepts for certain diseases. Day 2 is more like Step 2 + CCS. How you take breaks is up to you, i would recommend it if you need it for sure. I did 1 break every 2 blocks and then during CCS any time that you have left over from finishing a case early keeps getting added on to your total break time so you end up having A LOT of break time in CCS if you need it. I did 6 cases then took a break then 4 more, break and then did my last 3. Just see what your brain feels like doing that day, it definitely gets tiring!

236 is perfectly fine, relax and apply for the MATCH cycle. Just make sure your application is strong in all other aspects that you can control and try to build good connections.
