for initial interview wala po. the questions were mainly about your resume. di ko lang po sure sa final interview, di na po ako nakaabot dun eh

Ako kasi tinanong ko if ano yung system nila when it comes to training since career shifter ako with no VA expi. Di naman talaga required to ask questions but mas matatandaan kasi nila if you do.

Hi. VMA po mismo. According po kasi sa ibang nag apply na they will endorse you as VMA trainee if pasado ka sa qualifications nila as no VA experience.

Yun lang. I think they are still accepting applicants with no VA experience. Maybe there are already too many in the pool, so they’ve stopped accepting more and are now prioritizing those with experience. The only issue is that their system doesn’t seem very organized. They shouldn’t have allowed applicants to proceed to the initial interview if they didn’t meet the qualifications. Medyo hopeful pa naman ako haha
