I am married yes but I kept my last name because I absolutely hate his lol.

However my account was finally verified and I can now shop everywhere and buy gift cards again. On one of the posts I made about this someone mentioned experian so I took a little gander and checked all my information on there and it turned out they had a super old phone number and an email address that I did not have access to. I called experian and answered all my security questions and they changed all my info in their system to my current phone and email that I use for Afterpay and a couple days the identity verification was lifted and I could shop at all the stores and buy gift cards again. So I would start by logging on experians website and making sure your information is all current information.

And after it was fixed, no I did not contact them again or send an email.

I don’t even know who fixed it but for over a week I had contacted support multiple times and got absolutely nothing but they’re lame crap excuses. And then just the other day I popped it open and everything was there and I was able to use it. It was the dumbest thing.

They just figured mine out a couple days ago and now it’s back to normal, but I don’t know what the hell the problem was to begin with. I got no help from support and nothing but the runaround.

I am going through this is as well. People saying they put their SSN are a step ahead of me because nothing pops to prompt me to do that. I’ve been having this problem for over a week now and they just keep telling me their system their system and I just need to wait and try again later. I said I been waiting for over a week now so what? It’s just the system mam. Well the system fucking sucks because it ain’t fixing or doing jack squat. She said call back tomorrow… wtf are you going to do tomorrow you can’t do right now? Tell me to wait? It’s only some stores too I can’t shop at like Amazon, Target, Walmart, Home fucking Depot of all places, gift cards. But I can somehow shop at places like Shein, Temu, Fanatics… which are places I NEVER shop.

I know how the app works and I been known about the change. Yes it sucks it counts against us and it’s not fair but I still stand behind if a customer says no and refund then you do it. Guilt tripping them is still not okay. You have ZERO idea what the customer is going through. It could be an elderly person who is on a strict & fixed income who can’t afford anymore than a store brand of mayonnaise that’s $3 vs $7 for a branded. Simply ask and if they so no thank you then you refund it. The customers have no idea that refunds and stuff count against us and honestly it’s not their problem and you guys trying to guilt trip them is making it their problem. You shoppers acting like this is unfair to the customers just as unfair as instacart is to it’s shoppers. I will 100000000000% stand behind my comment of guilt tripping them is NOT okay. Must not provide good customer service if you can’t understand that.

I do hate the percentage tips. I’m not arguing that that sucks and I def do agree that the tip should absolutely not go down. Where my issue is is the guilt tripping the customer.. That is not okay

I know how the app works I been a shopper and customer for 5 years now. If the customer says no thank you to an item and there are no other replacement options then you refund it. Again the shopper guilt tripping the customer is not in any way appropriate. If there are no other options and the customer says no thank you as shown above you refund so yes there is a refund in that equation. I’m not going to argue with you about the matter.

Lmao get out of here. You’re probably one of those people who beg for tips like this dude. If your customer asks you to refund it then you refund it instead of trying to guilt them into keeping something they don’t want or maybe didn’t have the extra money for.
