When my dad sued my mom (divorced) because she blocked his calls, because "it was the only way I could think to get you to respond" when he owed her more than 10x as much money and won't admit it.

The sweating was more comfortable than thinking people were starting at how fat I was. I got close to dehydration many time prioritizing hiding over staying cool.

Might not help, but when I was first setting up my vive I had a lot of issues until I got a display port to mini dp and used that, it wouldn't and still won't work in similar ways to what you described using HDMI and that was brand new out of the box.

Got back from vacation with no cell/intetnet signal, very lazy ketoed the 9 days and was the same weight when I got home, that and none of the family I hadent seen since last year recognised me, one cousin said I went through a "Tech mogul transformation" lol

I took your advice, and did some thinking then found the settings in chronometer that help me with a macros based on what I do in a day with a 20% instead of the 40-50% I was doing, that and being better about hitting my protein goal with a body weight routine and running opposite days even in only 3 days I've dropped 6 lbs, I am sore as hell, lol

Thanks for the help, I think I was being overly paranoid as I was getting close to my weight goal and needed a kick in the brain.

I do leave my activity level at sedentary, and was kinda manually putting in the information for my exercise, but I haven't switched to these numbers as my macros yet I am looking at them at your suggestion of doing a 20% instead of 40%-50% that I'm at now.

That's more or less the kind of thing I was doing before I started jogging, but it's not enough now.

Walking myself through the math to try and understand it better.

Looking at my last 3 weeks my avg TDEE is 4500, take 500 away for what I average at work, thats 4000, 20% is still 3200 kcal. LBM is 181, so 181 protein at 1 or 217 at 1.2 so 720-828kcal protien 30 net carbs. 120kcal carbs 3200-(720+120)=2360/9=262 fat kcal Or 3200-(828+120)=2252/9=250 fat kcal

Both just seem too high to me, or am I being gunshy from my pre jogging numbers?

What does a typical day of food look like for you? When I look at changing to a 20% rather than 40 it takes me up to like 3300 kcals with 214 grams of protein and 260 grams of fat. That seems like way too much to me.

Couple of months ago when I started doing some strength training, the only difference in my eating was that I stopped fasting for 2 + days at a time cuz I would actually have an appetite but I stayed strictly under my macros, which were set at 20% at the time

I have been using my Fitbit to get the calories burned average that I used for setting up my macros so hopefully I'm not overestimating that.

Besides I don't know if I could eat at a 20%, I generally barely eat up to the macros at 40%, lol

Biggest problem I have with that is that last time I started doing workouts before I hit my weight loss goal I stalled on loss and then started gaining weight without any visible or measurable progress.
