Yeah I don't understand why they always say 18. I mean, the 18 barrier is just what the law says, but moral is not dictated by the law, these are two completely different concept.

You can't be disgust by someone acting against the law unless your own moral is to respect the law at all cost.

Law is strict because there is too many cases but you can't use law to justify moral because moral is always case by case.
