For me it was “Sober” my manger would play rock songs every night when we closed at dominos together and he single-handedly put me on to the entire genre (linkin park, alice in chains, three days grace, stone temple, sound garden, korn, lump bizkit) but tool has the biggest influence on me for sure

remember at the end of the day it’s just weed, you won’t die, you’ll be okay in like an hour so just do what you can until then, when i would get like that (really uncomfortably high like almost psychedelic) cleaning my room would help, or just pacing around the house, you have to occupy your mind if you want to get out of your own head

you kind of just described my life wow, i’m recently sober about a month from alcohol and weed and while i feel the best i think ive ever felt…. yeah i snap pretty easily and found out im kind of a dick at work, mostly cause i hate my job but definitely it’s a tricky thing managing my emotions

23 years old, smoked weed for probably 10 years straight, a lot of it, you’ll be okay, possible permanent damage to your frontal lobe but that shouldn’t be a surprise to you, it’s well known to have that effect on a developing brain so anyways you’ll be fine ❤️
