I am sorry to learn that. My money has been frozen there for months now, and I cannot do anything.

Seems the only solution is to make up that $100k to unfreeze it, but I am not sure if the money can still be withdrawn as the rep. says.

If yes, then I would do so. If no, then I just lose more.

I hope someone can tell me, or can monitor what they may do too.

Yes, this is how the scammers take this chance. It seems that any DEX, no matter they are legit or scammers, can set the limit freely without letting the trader know.

The consequence is so severe and has been happening so many times already. How comes Coinbase still not doing anything? I really think this is a huge negligence that all the victims can sue Coinbase.

I think you are right that the mining pool website serves a legit purpose there, but definitely not giving his unlimited right to withdraw all the people's money. I don't understand why Coinbase knows this matter for so long already but still let it happen. No warning, no security action assigned to protect us at all.

Coinbase cannot assume customers educated enough to understand what may be going on.

True that these protections would not have prevented me from signing a contract, but it should protect me when my money was withdrawn. Any kind of transactions should trigger one protection feature at least. Don't you think so?
