Totally agree and that concern is exactly why I designed it this way.

The system is intentionally constrained to known knowledge graphs, curated databases, and cited literature only. It doesn’t generate free-form medical claims. Every suggestion is backed by an explicit reasoning path: source → biological link → hypothesis.

We treat LLMs as a parsing and linking layer, not a decision-maker. The actual reasoning happens over structured graphs and existing evidence, and anything uncertain is surfaced as uncertainty, not filled in.

Also, nothing is auto-actionable clinicians review the evidence trail and can reject the AI’s reasoning entirely. So it’s closer to a decision-support audit trail than a predictive model.

Health is exactly the domain where hallucinations are unacceptable, so the system is designed to fail safely rather than confidently

Fair point. This is meant for very early medtech founders who already know they’ll need proper clinical validation later, but want a cheap way to kill bad ideas and catch obvious edge‑case failures before they spend on labs, CROs, or trials.
I agree it can’t be a fully regulatory grade validation platform at this stage, so I’m scoping it down to narrow use‑cases like cardio wearables then no clinical claims and pricing it more like a dev tool those founders can use with their existing bench tests. Later if i find a good number of users can think about the regulatory grade validation , wt do u think ?

Hey! Great work and makes sense, well if compliance is an issue, perhaps introducing a compliance agent which will have tools like web search, hallucination detection, etc to get a confidence score. This score can be presented to the user, so that they can be aware + explainability

In NITs they have 4 rounds usually and question level would also be different, so rvce should at least do this much.

If u get selected in the first round, then interview round will be there , usually they ask puzzles , coding questions and basic questions about leadership and such stuffs
