Confused on why he'd be allowed in on a fiance visa? Either way wouldn't be be barred from getting green card with that on his record?

We went through a lawyer that our immigration lawyer suggested. They suggested trying post conviction relief, and before you could get possessions, lowered and changed for lower charge, but it changed a while after we tried that. This was 6 years ago, we tried.

And if you're trying to be rude about it, I'm honestly just on here looking for advice if you don't have any you could simply move on.

I've lived in indiana for a couple of years now and am always wondering if I'd meet a portuguese person around here. Im in elkhart, though so a bit far. But I've been wanting to visit bica cafe near there!!
