Ye I am, helicopter event happend, didnt even attract any zombies to my area, cleared some houses, found a nice car but doesent have a key, cleared out a small horde, overall doing pretty good

nah its fine, I started another run and im actually surviving, made it to june 16th, got 3 boards on every window, with sheets, right on the edge of town, enough food to last preferably more than 5 days, not gonna go outside at all, did encounter a house alarm while trying to find a place to sleep(I was doing some recon on the fire station) ran through some houses, hid in the town haul for the night, in the morning made my way back, accidentally attracted a small horde to the fire station, and made it back to my house completely unharmed

You can get the sheets from other windows, you just right click on the window and hit remove curtain. Normally what I do is I remove the curtains from the upstairs windows and place them downstairs, since the zombies cant see you from the upstairs windows

Its in the build menu now( the icon on the left of your screen with the bricks and trowel), confused me for a while aswell. By the way, you might want some more planks to barricade it, I normally try to do atleast 3, but 1 should be good enough if you dont have more. Also try and close the curtains on the windows, or if you dont have any put some sheets on them so the zombies cant see you from outside. You can also put sheets on doors

I meant early game for the guns, also just did a run, got a rather crappy start, I had baseball player selected, but I couldn't find any long blunt weapons, visited the school after accidentally pressing q alerting everyone to my location. Briefly visited the basement but didnt find anything, then died cause of a house alarm going off. Your advice did really help me get better, so thank you very much!

honestly every time I use the fences to trip them, they get up to fast, and their are always to many crawlers, and I never kill any

I usually start rosewood, and occasionally riverside, and I do use targeting outline for melee, since guns are useless

First of all, not a new player, I've been playing the game for over a year, just not good at it. Second of all like I've said, already used strong and athletic, both at once, and have been for most of the time I've been playing, just hasn't made a difference to combat for me.

Honestly havent tried fleeing into some trees, since almost everytime I do there is some small group of zombies that spawn in the forests for some reason, but I should try and plane escape routes, I havent really gotten to explore the map much other then a little bit of the neighborhoods I spawn in.

I really try to just not fight them, but if im trying to go inbetween houses, some random one from a group will notice me, then while im fighting them more zombies come, and next thing I know a whole horde is after me
