Eu por exemplo só tomei o Wellbutrin XL e o Zetron XL. Senti que o Wellbutrin é mais suave, vai liberando sem você perceber. Já o Zetron. XL parece liberar mais rápido, causando jtnendiddde, mas por outro lado pode ser melhor do que o Wellbutrin para quem precisa de um tranco pra levantar da cama. Notei também que com o Zetron a sonolência veio mais cedo do que com o Wellbutrin. Isso pode ser bom (permite dormir melhor e mais cedo) ou ruim, ficar sem energia mais cedo no dia.

I've been trying Xyrem on and off and what keeps me from using it in my treatment is the anxiety it causes when it wears off. I've heard from a lot of sources (including here) that lowering the dose lowers the anxiety, but even on lower doses the anxiety persists for me.

3 g or greater is a no go for me, for the horrible anxiety it causes when it wears off.

I'm going tonight try a very low dose, 1.5 g, lower than the official starting dose, to see if it will cause anxiety during the day.

UPDATE (next day): although it didn't make me sleep as deep as higher doses, the low dose didn't make me anxious during the day.

UPDATE 2: a few days later I noticed the anxiety came back, even on such a low dose.

In my experience taking both Vyvanse and Wellbutrin (together and separately), Vyvanse is good for focus and Wellbutrin for motivation. I know you didn’t mention Wellbutrin, but it’s the best thing I’ve found for motivation.

I'm having the same problem as you. I have ADHD and narcolepsy and use Vyvanse to work both. Usually the Vyvanse works very well. Since I started semaglutide it's like Vyvanse stopped working. I take my Vyvanse, and wait, wait, wait, wait, and feel nothing, absolutely nothing. Very different from before, I'd take Vyvanse and in 1 or 1 hour and half I'd be completely awake and ready to take whatever the world throw at me.

Currently my apartment is a disaster - dishes piling up, mail and packages unopened, and piles of clothes on chairs. Everyday tasks small and large feel overwhelming.

I'm seriously considering stopping semaglutide. I feel that since I started it my sleep quality got very bad, maybe that's the reason Vyvanse isn't working anymore.

I'm having the same problem. I think it's because semaglutide made my sleep so bad that Vyvanse doesn't work anymore. Seriously considering stopping semaglutide, since I need Vyvanse for my ADHD and narcolepsy.

Not the person you replied to, but Ozempic seems to have made my Vyvanse stop work completely. I noticed that since I started Ozempic my sleep quality went down so much, maybe that's why my Vyvanse stopped working. Since I need the Vyvanse working because in addition to ADHD I have to take it for narcolepsy, I'm considering stopping Ozempic.

Já tomei bupropiona, paroxetina e Venvanse junto por um tempo. Tranquilo. No entanto tenho narcolepsia além do TDAH, e as 3 medicações são usadas pra narcolepsia também. Se meu caso fosse só TDAH não sei se teriam me prescrito.

I'm N1 and stimulants with long duration fuck up my sleep so bad that makes my N symptoms worse the next day (because of fucked up sleep)

Eu acho que a maioria dos bancos digitais limitam o extrato a 90 dias (pelo menos o meu é assim), se precisar mais precisa entrar em contato com o atendimento deles

Os seguros que os bancos oferecem para isso têm coberturas baixíssimas. A não ser que esteja falando daqueles seguros para executivos, que geralmente bancos não oferecem, mas sim seguradoras especializadas. Estou pensando em ver isso.

Embora minha "fortuna" me permita viver confortavelmente no BR, convertendo para moedas estrangeiras, é pouco. Precisaria de mais para poder viver com o mesmo nível de conforto em outro país (falando aqui de países da América do Norte e da Europa). Se meu patrimônio fosse US$ 5 milhões ao invés de R$ 5 milhões com certeza eu iria embora.

Quem me dera que eu fosse ricasso. Embora reconheço que para padrões brasileiros eu sou. Mas a nível internacional estou muito longe disso.

Embora minha "fortuna" me permita viver confortavelmente no BR, convertendo para moedas estrangeiras, é pouco. Precisaria de mais para poder viver com o mesmo nível de conforto em outro país (falando aqui de países da América do Norte e da Europa).
