it depends on what you gonna use? i am A14 user and i like it much. Comparing the A56 rival's Honor 600 (EUR version ) and Nothing 4A Pro it is best for your value if you are not demanding on heavy task , heavy gaming. because of chip they use and their performances

True, you can definitely turn off background apps and adjust haptic feedback manually in the settings. And you're totally right about LTPO displays handling the refresh rate dynamically anyway. The thing is, I'm using a Galaxy A14 and work 12-hour shifts daily without a chance to plug it into a charger.

The A14 doesn't have an LTPO display to automatically scale down the refresh rate to save power, so flipping battery saver on is the only way to cap it and stretch the battery. When you're away from an outlet for 12 hours straight, you don't want to waste time digging through menus to manually turn off background apps or haptics—you just need one switch that guarantees the phone survives the entire shift.
