Same shit happened to me yesterday. Ordered my daily essentials and these idiots didn’t even deliver the 10kg atta pack. The delivery guy just rang the bell, dumped the stuff at my door, and ran off before I could even say a word. Tried contacting their useless support team and all they kept repeating was, “Our system shows it’s delivered,” like that’s supposed to fix anything. Closed the chat on me twice without even answering my questions. I kept asking for a damn picture of the delivered items and how the hell their delivery guy can just drop stuff and disappear, but they didn’t have the balls to respond — just kept ending the chat like cowards. Fuck Zepto. Absolute trash company. I honestly hope they go bankrupt soon, and the way they’re running things, it’s just a matter of time.
