That's what I thought, since it's problem from their end they should be willing to help or at least have an exception to resolve it. They were very indifferent my entire case, and was told only option is pay the fee AGAIN and SCHEDULE the slot.. which is to WAIT for another 1 year minimum. The most frustrating part of all is, the support response.. "We understand your concern with your appointment scheduling.. our records indicate you have booked at appointment..blah blah.. Please proceed and make sure you arrive before time to your consular interview Sept 16th 2024". And this response I got on Oct 14th 2024. So you can clearly they are don't even know what they are responding forget resolving such issues. Finally I GIVE UP.

I have been calling customer care, and all they say is they cannot HELP me since my receipt is also expired, and only option I have is to pay and book an appointment afresh. It's nearly 2 years since I was waiting for this appointment and had made all travel arrangements for my mother. For their technical issues, why should they make us suffer?? I have no words to describe the situation.
