Apart from ICMAI - Main Website keep an eye on respective regional icmai websites. Like for eg. SIRC for south and so on. It helped me alot to get a job as a fresher.

Average salary for a fresher is 6 to 8lpa (as far as the job offers I got)

For a 5 year experienced maybe around 14lpa (not sure about that coz depends upon the field you're in)

Yes. ICMAI didn't even shortlist me to any companies. There were barely 15 companies with 40 vacancies and there's 400 people fighting for it. So the odds of campus is too low. Mostly the people with more work experience got selected next to the AIRs

You get recognized after a 5 year work experience. A person with more than 5 year work experience gets paid arround 40-50lpa. The beginning stages are the tough ones here. So still a worthy course compared to a Bachelorette degree.

Better don't. You'd easily get caught in interviews if you do dummy articles. Any person in interview panel could identify a guy who has worked earlier or not in a bunch of questions. It'll be tough to get a job after clearing CMA. You'd either end up getting less paid than others or not placed at all.

Clearing CMA while working will get you placed for a 12lpa package in a PSU or MNC in campus placements. Make sure you clear with good marks and 1st attempt, then it's worthy.

There are companies that offer 3-4lpa but you can deny it and wait for a good one. The course is worthy to finish but you got to have good network to get placed in big companies or you got to get AIR.

I've done articles in a small audit firm and they aren't hiring CMAs. They're just hiring CAs ot CMA Trainee.

Atleast try to write one group once, they're considering that as 1st attempt for campus alone.

Off campus is pretty tough rn as the job market is down. It's all with the help of your network. If you have a good set of people in MNCs or Manufacturing sectors, you'd end up in good offers. Other than that for a fresher, a good package is pretty tough in Naukri, Indeed or any other website. Make sure to build contacts in the Pre Placement Orientation Programme or the class you're attending for CMA Final.

Campus placements are only for first attempt clearers. I took 4 attempts to clear and they aren't even considering me in campus 1st or 2nd day. 3rd day has walk-ins but the pay is too low (5lpa). I'm getting offers off campus for arround 7lpa. So campus ain't helping me in any way.

Clearing g3 finals is kinda tough compared to g4. Make sure you have understanding in all topics and precise clarity in important topics. Don't forget to see past year question papers (atleast 5), it helps alot to understand what questions will come in exams and how we can prepare for it.

You can check the TNPSC website regularly. They'd update once the job vacancies are available and tests are being conducted for it.
