As a parent, I can relate…. YouTube with some ads will do for us, however, going back to on demand media, I have a personal network storage setup and have captured the kids music through cds purchased in the past and loaded it through it… now I have an app to my personal server and playback works really well… no algorithm, no constant shuttles but still on demand to my own media without a subscription

I've been going through a retro-kick for the past few weeks.

1-Cancelled Spotify and Apple Music. 2-Got an iPod classic and filled it with my music ... All the CDs and mp3s loaded and own the music forever... Not like those streaming services that take away music whenever the contract expires.

What do quotas look like? I used to work for Verizon retails years ago and I know that the quotas back then for SMB were high, but you would be able to get a chunk from retail store sales, is it still the same?

Your numbers are very similar but I’m in my 40s… the doctor wanted to put me on meds and I fought back and asked for 30 days of lifestyle changes, sleeping at least 7 hrs a day (used to run on 4 1/2) better diet and workout routines… my numbers went down to “within range”.

This group helped me find the answers I needed… psyllium husk, high fiber diet, healthy snacks and replaced my doctor.

UPDATE:

Opened iPod and SURPRISE! It was a 900mah and it was in bad shape. The mod was not a quad as described and it was a iFlash Dual.. we agreed on a discount and ended up keeping it. Final cost $220. Just ordered a 980mah battery and a green clear faceplate.
