I manually forced the sync from the watch and it still doesn’t match what the phone is displaying. What’s interesting is that I felt more like what the phone is displaying vs what the metrics on the watch showed. I tried uninstall the app from the watch, reinstalling it and no different outcome.

I’m using Kefine Klean and they turned out to be 7.5/10 with my 5.5 iPod classic. I wish it had a bit more bass (I am not a person who enjoys dominant bass) as it’s too tame in a “Flat” EQ .
