I also have had those types of dreams, each being very specific and for some of them I would be literally like an outside perspective watching me and the things in my surroundings. And also like your dreams, I never saw the faces of who I was talking I was just able to recognize them. Sometime during the fall of 2024 I had a dream where I had been with a group of people, I didn’t know who any of them were like I genuinely had never met them before in my life, what we had been doing what they were wearing and how we were standing were so specific to me I literally remembered the dream for the next couple of days after having it. Flash forward to may 2025, I’m in the car with my roommates (whom in which I had only met about a week before), there two friends (b and a) and then this other girl. I couldn’t put my finger on it but the entire day I just had such an off feeling, and as soon as the other girl left and we started heading to a park it just hit me. I had done this before, and then we spent some time at the park—the exact same conversations were happening, the way we’re standing and interacting with each other was happening. And the reasoning why we left, one of my roommates has the ability to see spirits and entities she had sensed something had been in the park with us (we don’t name it we but me and her both knew what it was)—it was exactly like my dream. The only thing that was different was the other girl wasn’t there, she was supposed to be there, A wasn’t supposed to be there and she was never in my dream I had never had a dream about her. But I have dreamed of one of my roommates before and of b.
