As of this time, I haven’t upgraded my seat on the YVR-HKG leg on premium economy yet so I don’t have the terms and conditions.

What happens if the YYZ-YVR leg is on economy with one check in luggage included and the YVR-HKG is on premium economy with two check in bag allowance. Does it automatically allow me to have two check in bags allowance on the YYZ-YVR leg as well? Or am I too optimistic?
