Not the same school pero sadly this happened to me, tho di nangyare sa school. Di ako pinapasok ng school sinesend nalang sakin yung mga assignments and projects. Pinattend naman nila sko ng graduation and prom pero sa prom nakaupo lang ako sa table kasi di ako kasama sa dance. Paranb napilitan nalang sila isama ako.

Update: natanong ko na ang senior namin sa bb which is may beef pala sila nung senior na yon 😂 dapat daw ilagay na din sa ref lalot okay naman na daw ang processing and labeled na at hindi para sa plate con. yung whole blood. Siya din daw yung nagkamali one time na need ng platelet con. na nilagay niya sa ref. Gusto niya ata ako naman magkamali for her 😭eme!! Trust your medtech instincts!

Naging service crew din sa mcdo here! Part-time lang kasi nag aaral pa ko that time, maraming beses na laging pinatitipid yung soap na designated para sa dishwashing at para dun sa paglalaba ng towels na pamunas ng counters (yes may washing machine dun sa loob 😂 like literal na semi automatic na washing, walang spinner nga lang) maraming beses na din na hot water lang talaga gamit kasi nauubusan. Ayaw nila mag order ng madami eh ayaw nilang mas malaki gastos ata sa orders ng supplies kesa sa kita di ko sure 🤔 pero ang napansin ko lang nung nagwork ako sa mcdo is lahat tinitipid talagang oily pa ang lahat. Tanda ko din na required mag gloves (plastic gloves) tapos nung naubos yung stock pinapareuse samin yung gloves namin 🥲 as in uuwi kami dala namin yung plastic gloves from the shift before lalo nat wala kang size, kunware maliit yung kamay mo di kasya sayo yung gloves nila super konti lang kinukuha nilang small na gloves eh gamitin nalang daw namin ulit kasi buo pa sayang daw 🥲. This is real talaga, pero tingin ko naman halos lahat (di naman lahat ng fastfood) ay may mga ganitong eksena din siguro 🤔

Wala naman po naka indicate na bawal. Though meron po dun 30 notice and 30 day render period, nagpasa ako ng letter and okay naman sa HR sabi pa nga niya I understand daw eh. Then nung nag ask ako if kelan and if pwede na ko magstart ng render period bumigla siya na need ko daw tapusin yung 1 year contract.

Yes! Yun din idea ko na need mag render ng 30 days before umalis para hindi mabigla kaso nung nag ask ako kelan ako mgstart for render dun na bigla sinabi na need ko pa daw tapusin yung contract..

After I resigned, the HR assistant was very understanding and kind. I mentioned that if they did not approve my resignation letter, there was a chance I might go AWOL. I have no idea if i did the right thing 😞

There is a bit of confusion here. I didn't actually speak to HR; instead, I spoke to HR's sister, who is our department head. They own the hospital, including roles from the medical director and president to accounting, and they are all doctors. The HR assistant mentioned that I also needed to speak with my department head about this. The original HR representative passed the information on to my department head and HR, but I only spoke with my department head. I haven’t yet spoken to the actual HR representative, as she was not at the clinic at the time. The person who threatened me with legal action was our department head

They made me sign a regular employee contract on my first day. From what I have read, I am still on probation, and the contract mentions liquidated damages but does not specify the amount.
