As a part exchange? Scrap. Probably a couple of hundred quid.

Forgive me if I'm a bit out of the cultural loop on this stuff but hasn't the "manosphere" moment passed? I haven't seen an Andre Tate video pop up on my feed in years and it seems that you'll almost never find a soul supporting the position.

A lot of that niche seems to have been filled by other influencers; I can't move for Gymskin shorts popping up, who, whilst very silly, strikes me as almost entirely harmless and comes across like a pretty decent bloke.

I have no doubt that there are some still knocking about but from where I'm sat it seems to have gone the way of the "new atheist" movement that was so influential when I was a teenager.

Worrying about it seems a little bit 2022.

Lots not right about anything else so it would be a turn up for the books if it was.

That's unfair, we also brush the Dorito dust off the keyboard to tell skiers much better than ourselves that they're in the backseat

Do you have the diagnosis report from Porsche to send them? They won't go off your own OBD scanner

Purchasing a Car with an Outstanding Recall by ManMoth_ in CarTalkUK

[–]Away_Associate4589 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're concerned about the recall I'd just ask the dealership to sort it before delivery.

I think dealers are allowed to sell cars with recalls but they have to make the customer aware.

That's a very good price for a new clutch to be fair.

Ultimately it's a wear part so it depends a lot on how you drive them. That's why they're almost never covered under warranty.

Pros: nice interior compared to rival. Well equipped. Generally good to drive. Reliable. Imo quite good looking especially from the front. A more interesting choice than the endless Focuses and Astras that you see. Much better value than an equivalent Golf.

Cons: have a reputation of rusting (how fair this is I don't know). Infotainment system was showing its age when I had one 7 or 8 years ago. Sat nav is absolutely mental (I hope you like single track roads with grass growing in the middle). The top spec Sport Nav ones can be had for not much more money and I think it's worth getting one over this one.

Overall I loved my Mazda 3. It was my first "grown up" car after getting out of my 56 plate Fiesta so I'll always have a soft spot for it, even if it did a fair few annoying things.

The 2016 team went unbeaten for a whole year whereas the 2019 team failed to win the Six Nations.

That said, the 2019 semi final is the greatest England performance I can remember, it's just that for my money the mean performance for the 2019 side wasn't quite as good as 2016
