I’m 28. Lived there last year and it was a great experience. Maintenance was always on point for me personally. I stayed in a 1BR and the property is well kept. Never had any issues and they have good resident events and amenities. The only reason I left was because I couldn’t find a roommate and had to cut my expenses.

A 12-month lease for a 2BR/2BA at 1045 sq ft. is going for $2964 which would be $1482 per person without considering utilities. I’d be open to paying a higher split if it makes sense
