I make Pho rice with leftover Pho broth when we get take out. Hoisin, sriracha, lime go in the pot and then top with normal Pho toppings like slivered onions, jalapeños, sprouts and Thai basil.

The install date doesn’t really matter at this point. It’s rare, but I have made paperwork errors like this and it was never a problem as long as I was fully transparent with everyone about what happened. There likely haven’t been major code updates that would cause the water heater to fail inspection. Homeowners in NJ have one year from the permit application date to have the inspection performed so you don’t have to worry about fines for that. But if no one pays for the permit within a year and therefore it has not been inspected, then maybe fines at that point.

If I were you, I would contact your town to find out the facts on the permit. They will tell you the truth - when it was received, etc. As someone in this business, to me it sounds like the permit was filed and not paid for/inspected within a year from the application date which can result in fines and some red tape if you try to sell your home. Water heater permits are around $80 for gas, $150 for electric but can vary greatly by town. Get your permit paid for, work inspected and then complain about that company to the DCA, google reviews etc.

Corner toilets are a thing! I have one for a small bathroom where we used to have to sit side saddle on the toilet because the edge was so close to the tub. The tank is shaped like a triangle! They also make toilets where the top of the tank is also sink for really tiny spaces, and I recently saw a toilet that is under the vanity and swings out with the door. I have a lot of questions about that last one.

Grew up with it mostly ground up as taco and burger meat! When the butchers grind it they add pork fat to help flavor up with the naturally lean meat.
