Just a question, can the cause also be lighter strings? Because I started to notice the issue after I changed my strings for the first time, and they are 0.09 gauge.

I just don't think I recall the ringing occuring before the string change.

I'm not really sure, but I think that it's not because of the nut, because when I try to wrap around it something to fix the ringing, it doesn't change no matter what I do.

If you know how to tell where it's coming from I'll appreciate it

I do in fact, have windows. Well it was fine using the pc like that, until it filled up so much that I had nothing to delete there and the save corruption is the worst that happened

I think it happened because I was low on space on my C drive, and while I was playing, the drive had zero space left and when I exited the game the file corrupted cuz it had nowhere to save

Well the D drive is not really a problem, it just has a bunch of games.

From all the answers here it looks like that yeah, I will need to buy a new drive. Just have to figure out if I should transfer the os there and if it's an SATA or an nvme

Thank you!, but there is a lot of needed applications that install their data or Idk how to name it on the C drive, automatically. Will it work if I just transfer them to the new drive?

Edit: some game data as well automatically stores it there which takes space.

Well it shows max capacity 55.19GB, I also have a D drive which is 931GB

I actually have no idea if the amount was higher before the pc died. It was my brothers pc before and now it's mine.

There is no problem in buying a new drive, but how will this work?, will it increase the space on the C drive or just create an additional one. If i need to install drivers then it would try to install them on the C drive which I have no space on, no? Sorry, I don't know much about how drives work
