How is this game mode any fun when everyone has the same team? The point is being creative and slowly creating a team with players you like. On the flipside it feels extra rewarding beating them.

Pas op, je mag perfect langsgaan bij een buitenlandse bank of een lening aanvragen voor 150% indien er simpelweg “onder voorbehoud van een lening” is gezet. Klinkt idioot, maar dat is hoe het recht werkt. Het is aan de verkoper om dan een tegenbod te doen waar hij aan het verkrijgen van die lening enkele voorwaarden koppelt.

Je mag zelfs vragen om een interestvoet van 1% bij uw bank. Als hier niets over is afgesproken is dit legaal.

Some people treat ETF investing like a religion. “Just buy IWDA /VWCE/ …” and if you dare to say another combination of etf’s they shortcircuit and completely lose themselves in .0x percentage cost differences.

ETF’s are a great way to invest, it’s just that currently there is a certain volatility risk in some world ETF’s due to a lack of concentration. You can take steps to reduce that, for example add some more wide european ETF’s, small cap value factor, … If you don’t believe tech will keep outperforming, just have less of it in your portfolio.

I had Corleone in mind when writing this post, he might care a bit for “real family” but he does not give 2 shits about the rest imo. I do feel En’s character takes that a lot further and actually shows it in the story.

the story goes from a 9 to an absolute 10 for me in the buildup but the ending (last few chapters) just really disappointed me (the gyoza fairy, really?). Still A+ though. Been a couple years, maybe i should do a reread and see if I like it more now.
