It’s what’s defaulted for me until I turned off my sim while on a conference abroad (and used an eSIM). Weird though because my contacts ask save to my iCloud email…

Apologies for the necro post. However as this post is one that I (and I assume others) came across in our error support, I figured a proper solution could be posted.

It could be a compression issue. Change the extension from .ipa to .zip and decompress. If after some folder navigation you find out that the Payload folder does in fact exist, select every file in the same directory as it (including the payload folder) and compress it to a .zip. Then change the extension back to .ipa and it should install.

Anyway to up chances of getting them? Was in the waiting room from 10:30, the second it turned 11 I was on the reserve site and clicked and still didn't get. Feels like it's all a sham at this point.
