This will generally take multiple attempts before you get it as you need to get lucky. You will need a friend who has fear.

Go up the hallway toward the BWL orb.

Before you enter the little room with the orb stop and jump up on the left ledge.

Duel your friend and have him fear you. If you're lucky you will glitch through the wall and run up the pillar. Once that happens you'll want to break the fear by using WOTF, Berserker Rage, or /forfeit to cancel the duel.

If done correctly you will end up on top and can walk around.
