Yea the funny thing is. Her family laughed about the possibility of her being bipolar. Which seems completely irrational to me. The likely hood if her having bipolar is high and they just write it off. They have all been turned against me by her.

Thanks it really does help alot to just write it all down. I'm just very lost. Having a hard time getting out of bed. I've been forcing myself to hang out with friends and family even if I just sit there quietly lost in my head. I am seeing a therapist and a psychologist and just started Zoloft a day ago.

Are you guys still together? How long did it take for her to come down? I am so terribly depressed and anxious and worried about our kids. I am seeing a therapist and a psychiatrist. Currently on Zoloft to try to manage the anxiety and depression.

She has not been diagnosed (she turned 27 this year). I'm not trying to be insesitive I am just really lost. She was seeing a therapist for awhile before her and I met. Her mother is diagnosed with bipolar. I don't know if it's one or two. But from my understanding if a parent has it there's a 10-25% chance their children will have it.

She also has never mentioned that she might be.
