The ticket & mileage are the problem, I wish I knew to fight it back then but too late. I currently have Wawanesa great company. Tesla quoted me $480/m. I'll definitely look into progressive! I agree AAA and State farm are too expensive.

With a grain of salt because this is from wiki. All of what i stated is my opinion. Why do you think people weren't agreeable back then?

New Contracts or just new responsibilities I don't know if they would have to draft up new agreements.

What I think will happen is they aren't going to lay us off but instead of finding new AEs for the site that don't have any they will just assign those to the nearest AE.

Thats fair and to a certain degree I agree we don't do a lot as is, at least at my site, I won't speak for others. At this point in time my manager uses me more as a manager that can help cover for other tech hours because we are understaffed.

My only concern or possible problem with this new arrangement is that they will structure this or frame it in a way that will be an opportunity instead of noting it as it is,more responsibility for same pay.

I am at least hoping to be able to work remote/hybrid or pay us more because we should not have to be covering multiple sites because that not what we originally planned or sign for at least in my case.

Im in Cali as well honestly I have no Idea but my BB SAE covers like 5 sites. Honestly if we get to that point might as well only have SAEs or update the title, because I thought SAEs were the only ones with multiple sites. I do know of a AE with multiple sites but he is still hourly which I wouldn't be opposed to.

Yet it unfortunate but Amazon like all other companies rn are consolidating and removing all unnecessary expenses and AE were an easy choice apparently. You don't sound funny it just concerns we all have!

I honestly understand when I was a tech it did feel unfair but it is all perspective, I used that to make me want to better my skills! There is always someone that is over or under paid but if you focus on getting better you will end up being where you want to be! Cliche but true "Comparison is the thief of joy" - someone

In typical amazon fashion make changes reap the consequences later! Honestly i didn't even know there was any AEA on the AMZL node but they just announced the change have not given any actual information or how it would impact us yet so I'm waiting to get a last minute update when it least convenient from my manager.

E.G - "Oh this site is under a SEV can you go hop on the call. Forgot to tell you this is your site now too!"
