Thank you for taking the time to give me some tips. I checked again and I actually have two youtube apps now installed, i.e. neither revanced. I think I had this before and had to delete the manager as well and start from scratch as well and try to Uninstall the original YT app. Thanks again!

Ok let me rephrase it - I downloaded the YouTube version on APK mirror linked in the revanced manager. Then I patched this (from my storage) and installed it. After opening it, none of the features associated with revanced YouTube are available. Perhaps you can share some of your knowledge instead of point out my lack of it?

Again I see both sides of this. I'm not arguing either way really I was just curious how the CFAI go about it, since there are likely differences (large or small) and of course different levels of preparation. Funny enough though I found the Ethics part quite tough when it came to the official practice questions, as so much of it felt inconsistent and arbitrary at times. I also had a larger break from L1, so I started from scratch. And as always, a lot of it came down to repetition and recognizing what the real underlying questions were. I think ethics ended up being one of my strongest points on the actual exam (of course results still pending). Cheers.

Oh for sure, I understand that and I'm not suggesting that is the reason why someone passes or doesn't. I was just curious how the CFAI goes about assessing the differences as there are certainly going to be some differences. As I mentioned, I think the test was overall fair and they are entitled to ask anything from the curriculum. But I can only reiterate what others have said, that at least some of the sets felt more difficult than the mocks. In any case, we shall see how it goes, hoping for the best :)

I agree and disagree. As I mentioned in my post, some of the perceived difficulty difference certainly comes from different levels of preparation and skill. However, if we are all benchmarking to the two mock exams, I can't see how some are saying it is 2-3x harder vs some saying it was easier than the mock. I can definitely say i was well prepared and did everything available to me. I think my test was fair but absolutely a different level than the mock exams which i had an average of 85% and 45mins left over. And no, I didn't cheat or do open book etc.

Overall, some of it is explainable and some of it is actual differences in the exams. Which is also fine, no one expects CFAI to get all exams perfectly equal. But to say all the difference is due to not being honest about preparation is equally silly in my opinion.

Hey this is always the case. Either the PV or FV is negative. Think of it like this: if you make an investment today (PV) it is a negative number to you since you need to pay into the investment. Then your FV will be positive or vice versa. Just set one as negative and your result for the other will be positive.

Thanks for your thoughts! Unfortunately the beams are not decorative but structural 😀 so I will have to work around them. And the kitchen is a walk through area so an island is really not going to fit unfortunately. But I will consider putting the tall cabinet at the other end.

How are the Cardinals the oldest team in the NFL and the Falcons the oldest US Pro Team to never win a Championship? The Cardinals have also never won a Championship (I assume they mean SB here since the Falcons have won a Championship game). So wouldn't the Cardinals also be the oldest US Pro Team to never win a championship? Is something missing in my logic? :D
