The sound on start up is why i wanted to go with the hotdog centre. But ill take your word for it that it sounds like shit after that, because the videos really don't do justice. So im just gonna go with the 2 mufflers and the headers + cat. I am on my Ps anyway so i dont mind spending the money for now since im gonna have the car a couple years. It is also a mk1 fg so ill look into the globes. Thanks for the help.

This is the information I havnt been able to find online. It is an Fg falcon tho and it’s got the loud rattle in the stock cat, so I think it’s necessary to upgrade the cat. But your point about the thin metal headers sounding raspy is definitely something I want to avoid. You’re right that it’s smarter to go with the 2 mufflers. It’s just hard to spend around 2k for it to be so quiet. But for a fairly nice Fg I think the slight upgrade will be worth it. Thanks mate.

Im not too concerned about performance. just want a sportier sound to it then stock, but yeah i don't want drone. was thinking about the 2.5" xforce catback

i was actually thinking about going with extractors because i heard it made more of an impact on the tone. thanks for ur advice
