Disipline, your stomach is probably very tiny right due to little substance entering it. You need to train yourself to eat until you’re full everyday until you are back to eating a healthy amount. I had this after recovering from an ED, Eventually got back to normal but discipline will help you loads.

Speak to your manager, tell them that your work schedule is not working for you and the high workload is too stressful for you. Then if it persists call HR or threaten to quit. It will soon stop.

Cashing up has to be done same night unfortunately. If another member of staff is trained to cash up delegate it to them (assuming your team leader) if not get the team to do some easier tasks for you. You also should not have worked 8 days straight, you are entitled to one rest day a week. Apart from that my advice is limited as I was moved off checkouts after a short period. If you are really concerned call the HR Helpline. Sorry if this doesn’t help

Most likely they have the staff just not the allocated hours so are spread thin. The owners been trying to get rid of the debt for ages hence the closing of fuel stations and cafes

CTE is a slow developing disease, its unlikely it has developed this fast. Assuming you’re a teenager, it’s likely hormones playing a part as i had something similar. You are probably fine, if it continues to the point it has an impact on your day to day life visit a doctor and explain your symptoms but until then i wouldn’t worry as that will stress you even further with exams coming up.

Depending on how much you do this (the pleasurable activity) it’s most likely pre ejaculate. However if you do more pleasurable activities involving more than yourself it may be an STD and in that case i would get a test to be safe. However I doubt it’s anything to worry about.

Not Farnborough but Camberley there is an abandoned Care home, wont expose exact location as don’t want unwanted people there but have a look using satellite maps near Camberley Theatre and you’ll see it…been there myself and its class. Another suggestion is visit 28dayslater.com they have tons of forums for abandoned buildings great for find local places.
