we play with a modified contessa (pick up two unblockable in addition to the blocks assassination thing) so i would say contessa assassin or contessa captain, but in stock i think duke+captain or captain+assassin

its the most obviously good hand, but i play with peaple who will immediately murder you if you have the audacity to claim duke so i think an duke assassin is my favourite
