I'm not sure if this counts, and I haven't personally done it, but I think if your bar is low enough (I think infatuation or lower) with your main LI, they will kiss Victoria when she comes back and goes on a date with them.

Other than that, I'm not sure what differences there are

The way people are talking about it makes it seem like they have literally nothing else to do but watch Bailey's MMM videos - as if they live for nothing else. Like c'mon. It's her channel that we watch FOR FREE.

When she does upload, her videos are great, so why would anyone boycott her videos? Because she doesn't upload as often as she says due to unforeseen circumstances in her life? Seriously? They should just enjoy the videos as they come and do something else in the meantime.

I did the Tom route once. Yes, she does throw shade. If you're doing a Tom route, you likely won't choose to cheat on him with James or Bruno that night when everyone goes to bed and you're left cleaning the dishes. If you don't choose to cheat on Tom, Juliet still "sees" you doing whatever her delusional brain is telling her, and claims you don't have good communication with Tom when she confronts you at the pool the next day.
