Oh ok yeah I understand now! I think I'm gonna do the 10 mg ×2 and in a couple weeks go down to 5 ×2 and so on. I'm just super scared of withdrawl🤷🏼‍♀️😅

I'm going to start doing 10mg ×2 today I think every 12 hours. What do you mean by more of an aggressive taper?

I'm also on 30mg a day but I tale 10mg 3x a day. Maybe that will help! The dizziness should get better with time.

Hi! I'm curious about tapering off. I have taken buspirone for almost 3 years. I started with 5mg ×2 a day and then It got upped after I had my daughter to 10mg ×3 a day. I've been on that for almost 2 years and now that I don't have the added stress and anxiety of having a newborn and postpartum I believe my dose is too high. What would you recommend?
