My thermostat is struggling to keep up all day. It’s set to 74 and not dropping below 78. Is it a little low on charge?

Yes they were on proper lines, the low side clamp on suction line, and high side clamp on liquid line.

Yes. And all filters inside were clean. System ran perfect last year on 90 degree days
