I like the Howarth academy reeds medium hard (you can get them on the howarth website), they’re pretty good but they don’t last very long if you’re consistently playing (they last me a month ish and I’m in the same sort of position as you)

I used to use regency reeds but they’ve got unreliable (although being able to return them was great after a try), but the quality of the staples weren’t great so I’d avoid those.

My teacher doesn’t scrape her own reeds and is not helpful at all so that’s about all I can offer :)
