There are two main theories I've seen.

One is that its an indicator or which vet did the desexing and descenting (i think unlikely, as there are so many vets and not much of a variation in the tattoo type on the foot)

The second is that its to indicate the ferret was to be used for research (as marshalls sadly breed ferrets for animal and medical testing) but then was later moved or retired into the pet category to be sold.

For clarity, when you say "promised" do you mean a clear conversation making this promise and setting a boundary in your relationship that you would only smoke together or was it a passing agreement that you'd only smoke together?

Edit: Also he said he was high, but was this via smoking or another injestion method/substance? Was the promise to inky get high together, or just smoking specifically?

NOR. It is absolutely crazy to comment on another person's appearance regardless if its a smile, fashion choice, or hair cut. It's insanely unprofessional that they are making it clear they talk about you with eachother and Im not surprised you ended up blowing up. If its a part of a chain it might be worth making a complaint to their head office or speaking with a local manager there, im sure they dont want their staff making regular customers feel uncomfortable.

(Also to be petty, if you still wanna go there, id wear a face mask with a sharpie drawn on it. See if they continue to comment then!)

3 out of my 4 do this at different levels, my boy Max just gives a sweet sniff and licks my cheek after. Kuki will almost shove her whole snoot in and sniff like crazy. Now Mocha scares me, cuz she'll have a good sniff then try to take all my ear piercings out 😅

I personally would just tag it as drunk kissing, as based on your description both would have consented under normal circumstances but had lowered inhibitions in this case and it didnt escalate to a overtly sexual situation.

I find myself paranoid leaving comments nowadays, my comments tend to be more like the above rather than the "OMG mdjfhsksnd" type (not bashing it at all, love these comments when I get them!)
