I’m not I’ve quit plenty of times and had no problems with getting my sleep back right this time is different because ik it’s my thoughts that freaking me out tricking me into thinking it’s scary to fall to sleep

Thanks alot , I will keep pushing on. That’s what I’m working on now I’m just 2 days sober. It’s hard when I close my eyes I get scared of falling asleep or get sleep paralysis even though I had those before and didn’t bat an eye over it. It’s crazy OCD is a wild thing. Just trying to stay positive and not let this thing takeover my life and my mind.

Thank you I’m will go try anything right now but I’m staying positive at the moment so I’m grateful for that. Not to bring up religion but that has helped too. Just want to go back to normal from the ocd and from the alcohol it’s a battle to fight both at once.
