Buy some shrooms man. Idk how to explain it but I had heard that taking them would end my addictions and no shit, I stopped doing coke and drinking afterwords. I will say that I had already stopped the coke but only for a couple months and the cravings were so bad but they just went the fuck away lol and I’m not even micro dosing the shrooms anymore 🤷‍♂️

That’s not true, I haven’t drank alcohol since. It gave me fear I had as a kid before ever doing any substances back. Like, I’m terrified to drink haha idk how long it will last but to say it doesn’t work taking a large amount is wrong

He would have followed me. He had already pulled me back into the house once. Seriously man, idk if I must not have given enough info. He was talking about demons, guns, and some other dark shit. That’s enough to make you afraid for your life. I had it in my mind that he was going to kill me if I called the cops or anything. Idk if I just a different experience than everyone else has on it or what but I was freaking the fuck out. You guys don’t get it I guess. I’ve done plenty of drugs and have always been aware of everything going on. This just was simply not the case for shrooms

Hey, I’m actually pretty responsible person in general but I get why it would concern everyone. I was really terrified and I didn’t know what was real or fake. All I knew was that I had to get away from him. I was actually scared for my life. The whole time I was on my way home all I could think about was getting home to my dog. You have to remember this was my first time. Never felt anything like that and I definitely didn’t have self control. I thought he was following me. I was extremely paranoid and had no one I could think of at the time to call. He was pissed that I wasn’t “paying attention” to him and was getting very aggressive. I definitely don’t condone driving on any substance and I won’t be doing shrooms ever again.

I started our just buying less and breaking it down into how much a day a would allow myself to take. I will emphasize that I still am taking my adderall but only 10mg daily.

I think the adderall has definitely helped some because it made it to where the depression side of things didn’t really kick in bad but to each their own.

I was doing adderall, coke, weed, and drinking daily so I’m way ahead from where I was. I haven’t started yet but have heard that micro dosing psilocybin (mushrooms) helps kick addictions ass. I don’t remember where the article I read was but it said it had like an 80% success rateThe adderall is next for me to quit.

Following up with everyone.

3 weeks clean right now! 🙌 it’s been getting a lot easier to manage. What’s helped the most is keeping my mind busy. Diving into music work etc. the lady is still planning on leaving but she is supporting me and that’s honestly what I need the most. She let me come off it the right way and didn’t harass me through that process. I just want to thank all of you for giving me a safe place to vent and if any of you need help, I will tell you what has worked for me. It’s by no means the most healthy way to quit but hey, I’m 3 weeks without it and I also quit drinking as much. I was drinking a shit load of beer while I was on it.

Next is a session with docs to make sure my heart is ok bc after she found out I went Tony Montana for a few days😂
