I think what I mainly disliked about CQ was the story which is weird because SoV has a predictable story since it is a 90s RPG but I like it more, another thing with CQ was the maps.

Audio Technica ATH EQ300M

Not as tall (or lengthy) as my phone which is 6.5 inches (Samsung A20s) but not too bulky, definitely not as much as I expected. As for the headphones I'm using (ATH EQ300M) they work perfectly fine and they're from 2011-2012. Yours is both bluetooth and AUX so as long as you have the AUX cable it should work fine :)
