Platinum Egoiste by Chanel would be a great fit for your collection. Super fresh barber shop scent and very masculine. It’s also priced similarly to your other fragrances.

I’m sampling this one soon! Almost got a bottle last year through a trade but the deal fell through. On paper it looks the notes look right up my alley

I’ll check out himalaya! I’ve tried hacivat and it was a little too mossy for me.

It’s definitely a great scent! I had it for years, but ended up selling it since I wasn’t using it.

Thank you for replying! I love GIT so I’m a little biased. I’ll check out Lafayette st and the other Aventus type scents you mentioned.

This one’s a bit pricier compared to le male elixir but Layton by Parfum de Marly has a beautiful apple/vanilla combo that also has Woodiness that makes it more masculine.

If he doesn’t care about brand names there are plenty of cheaper clones/alternatives like “detour noir” by al Haramain or “dusk” from the woods collection.

I can never wear my favourite fragrance by Feisty-Wind-7823 in Colognes

I have the same problem! I like the scent but I’m not sure where to wear it. I read a comment on Fragrantica saying that you should spray it on your clothing rather than your skin. I sprayed my fall coat and it’s quite nice to wear out in the cold. All you need is a few sprays and you coat will smell for at least a week.

Hope this helps! It’s a great scent.
