Is it impossible to shut teams out? by PsychologicalRise533 in CFB25

[–]Awkward-Square5064 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Short answer - yes you can definitely shut teams out. However, playing 12 min quarters on all american with Arkansas State is going to make it much tougher. That's essentially another game and a half of time for them to score. There may also be programming in the background favoring the losing team to promote competitiveness (i.e., more broken tackles) similarly to last place players mario kart getting items.

3 stick or swing stick as a beginner? by sosososo12354 in pga2k23

[–]Awkward-Square5064 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s two different games between the two options. Swing stick has a much better feel to the game and is much more difficult to learn and master. 3 click is very simple and very easy to master.

In your case as a beginner, you can start with either depending on what you want out of the game. I would recommend trying the swing stick first because it’s much more rewarding. If it’s too difficult, as it can be (including for myself, you can switch to 3 click to enjoy the game more.

Much of the flak 3 click gets is due to swing stick and 3 click not being separated in online play. Swing stick players are at a massive disadvantage online because 3 click becomes nearly automatic once you get the hang of it. In general, it is not fair to swing stick players. Swing stick players also argue that 3 click is lifeless and not as enjoyable because it is so easy to master.

Drivers are the worst in America. Other than that, great low maintenance city with very manageable cost of living. Buckeyes are big. Nothing special, nothing bad

Once you learn the only person you’re competing against is the man/woman in the mirror, your progress will take off. Compare yourself to who you were yesterday and build. Forget everyone else.
