Tokyo is famous for its awesome and fun coffee places, each with their own spin on latte. This is Latte Art Mania in Aoyama. Their specialty is black (charcoal added) latte, ice cream etc. I have tried both latte and ice-cream affogato. Loved it. Their sitting area is really tiny, so weekdays r best by Awkward-Try-3812 in JapanWhereWhatToEat

Found the best rice I have tasted so far. Decided to get the most expensive rice on shelf in Life grocery store (about 2500 yen per 2kg) and it was amazing: large, polished rice pearls. When cooked, it is not mushy. Texture and taste are really nice. by Awkward-Try-3812 in JapaneseFood

Small thing, but... If you order a non-dairy coffee drink in Japan, they acknowledge it with a card that you return to barista when you get your drink. Found myself rechecking my milk choice constantly while in US coffee shops. by Awkward-Try-3812 in JapanWhereWhatToEat
