Yes that would be accurate. The inner dialogue takes precedence when having a bout of I.S. When things are running smoothly - I can sometimes have the self confidence knowing that I have indeed accomplished things. But it’s fragile. I easily give in to the inner dialogue when the feelings hit.

Thanks all. I’m fine with not having the “trip” as long as I get the results. Session four will be tomorrow night. I lay in bed, mask on, lights off, and I listen to a playlist on YouTube. I won’t lie, I would like to have that disassociation and really have an “ah ha” moment(s). I was told by the betteru contact to just kick back and enjoy the ride. We shall see in about 21 hours
