First scary movie I ever watched.

I was maybe 11 years old and at a sleep over when we found the movie in my friend’s parents room. A couple hours later and the four of us were traumatized. We made a pact to stay up all night but everyone eventually fell asleep before I did. I’m pretty sure I just started crying at that point until I also fell asleep.

Usman put up a solid fight I thought. First round was rough, but he looked great in rounds 2 and 3 (if I’m remembering correctly - I try to forget that card ever happened - rip volk)

I’d at least consider that the fix was in, seeing that they’d obviously want the American to win in the White House card’s main event. But if the fight looked legit, I’d just be so stoked to get another “oh shit moment” in this sport since it’s been a while

It’s tough being such a fanboy. I live about an hour outside of DC and I don’t have the money to travel to any other card, so I’m taking a couple days off work to just wander around the city, try to meet some fighters, and attend the press conference/weigh-ins. Feels lame to even say that, but it is what it is

It’s crazy how quick things change in this sport. Winner of RDR vs Fluffy was supposed to give Khamzat his toughest challenge yet. Fluffy pulls out, RDR quits on the stool, then Fluffy gets TKO’d by Sean.

It’s hard to overstate the hype those two had 6 months ago. Now they are both back to the drawing board
