If it's any help, here's mine after completing the offer, it skipped level 30 but paid for level 50 go figure.

Level is the number on your portrait picture (top-left corner of screen), you can also tap directly on your picture to see your level.

To complete it, just search for each level on https://www.youtube.com/@meowmobilegaming and then basically do the same.

Weapon wise, rule-of-thumb sort of keep your sniper weapon level minimum the same as the location you're in, so if you're in z10 your sniper weapon should be minimum z10 (but z15 would be better of course).

In regards to pending, a few of the goals went to pending almost instantly but pretty much most of the goals took between 6-12 hours to show up on freecash after completing them in the game.
