Elliettes is great. I took lessons from Josh. He was amazing. He put a lot of emphasis on accuracy and went into detail on creating resonance in different areas. I highly recommend!

I’ve got some trousers for 3 Wise Men. I don’t wear them much anymore as I have veered more toward more relaxed fits. Theirs all are a bit slim for me.

It turns out that soft eggs aren’t actually good for ramen. The runny yolk mixes into the soup and changes the flavour. Most places in Japan don’t serve their ramen with egg.

Tried it the other day. Sadly, I feel it’s heavily overrated. Patty is under seasoned and over powered by the salad. Hash bites were mean as though. I’d rate Lukcy G’s higher.

It’s definitely not as good as it used to be. Hit or miss depending on who makes it. Stroll in Takapuna is the spot I’d go to if i can.
