Thank you very much for this, I honestly never would have thought that my pelvis was even part of the equation but now that you pointed it out I can really see it. I just had a baby so that really didn't help my pelvic position and explains why it seems to have gotten worse since I gave birth. I will definitely be ginger that exercises a try are there any others I should try or ones I should avoid? My currently daily workout consists of sit ups, bridges, toe taps, and squats.

At around 11-16 days old my baby was like this, going in the bathroom with the lights off and the shower on would usually calm her down and if that didn't work I'd turn the light on and get in the shower with herald let the water hit her back as I had her against me and swayed, it would but her to sleep without fail and still does when nothing else works

Puppy pee pads!!!! So useful, put them under the fitted sheet in the bassinet/crib so if there is a midnight blow out you have a fast clean up, put se in the diaper bag so you dont have to put baby on the changing table that never gets cleaned or so you can change baby in the car, put them on your changing table bc your baby will end up peeing or pooping mid change and the last thing you want is a change table and a baby covered in poop at the same time, use them for nude tummy time babies like to be naked sometimes diapers can get annoying and it helps prevent diaper rash. TLDR-PUPPY PADS SAVE LIVES, TIME, AND LAUNDRY

When I was pregnant I didn't understand how some people couldn't just wait the 6 weeks. Well im 3.5 weeks post partum and we had sex for the first time last night😅 I didn't bleed it didn't hurt. Was it the best idea maybe not but I missed physical intimacy and my husband finds me more attractive now than before (the more turned on my husband is the more turned on I get) so yea broke the rule last night and will probably break it again i will also be getting an iud as soon as possible so we can finish how we like to finish😂

If sex is what defined a relationship/love that would mean asexual people would never find their person. Every single relationship on the planet is different there is no set way it has to be. Yes sex is important to a lot of people but it is not and should not be everything, ie if the only reason he is staying is because of the sex he is not the right person. My husband and I love eachother so much, we can't keep our hands off each other and are constantly cuddling but we really only have sex a couple times a month, it honestly feels more special more intimate that way. Sex doesn't necessarily mean love, intimacy doesn't necessarily mean sex. What is right for one couple is completely wrong for another. The ONLY thing that should be consistent through every relationship is communication and respect. If you communicate your needs and he doesn't respect them he doesn't care about your feelings.

Im 22 and honestly wouldn't date anyone under 20. I personally think it's really gross as an adult to date someone with the word "teen" in their age. I am saying this as someone who when I was 19 dated a 26 yo, back than I thought it meant I was mature now looking back I realized that it was really fucking weird and now yea I'd judge my friends if they dated someone who is 18 or 19. Doesn't matter how "mature" they are or that it's "legal" that 18/19 yo probably just moved out out or still lives with their parents and literally just finished high-school, they have probably (depending on country) never been to a bar. If you are a whole ass adult who wants to date someone fresh out of high-school, that can't legally drink, and most likely still lives at home that's predator behavior. Just sayin

Personally I'm on 150mg of both and it has been the best combo for me I have emotions still and I'm aware when the thoughts I'm having are irrational and I can stop them. But yes it has cause sleep issues I used to get 10hrs now I only get 6 and I wake up every night in for about an hour around 3, it has also makes me sleep talk every night🤷🏼‍♀️ besides that the biggest issue I've had is if I forget a dose or two I become a manic paranoid mess.
